The U-2 Incident!

The U-2 incident was the incident that made the Us look like cheaters in my opinion here's why. Even though we were protecting our self's the Cubans and Russians might have had another thought of why we did the U-2. One thought is that we probably looked like we were going to bomb them with a sneak attack. Another thought they probably had was pretty much cheating or spying which bad for a nation cause then the nation that was spied on wouldn't find them trust able and would probably result in straight war with the other nation.

The War Between Superpower Nations

In the 1950's The Cold War was one of the longest lasting wars against the two biggest nations in the world. The war had no violence no fighting. The only fighting was the fight against communism and freedom. Both sides had nuclear weapons and a strong army. After the atom bomb went off in 1945 Russia saw the kind of power we had and knew we could wipe them out. Russia soon started and successfully launched there first atom bomb. The United States saw that
Russia had atomic bomb to. The United States soon had to think of something stronger than an atomic bomb. In 1952 the H-bomb went off its was a success and so then Russia saw the H-bomb. Russia in less then a year attempted and successfully recreated the h-bomb. Years later Russia launched the first satellite into space and began the space race. America failed in many attempts to create there own satellite.
